In case of any cancellation you can be the first who will be informed.

Guaranteed reservations ensure that late reservations (after 6 p.m.) are not deleted either. If you make a reservation on the internet, we ask for a credit card guarantee in each case. You need to pay a deposit when reserving arrival dates and rooms. When reserving your room, please check the deposit payment terms.

You can pay with the following credit cards in our hotel: VISA, AMEX, Mastercard.
Of course, you can also pay in cash. We accept payments in HUF and EUR.

Please get in touch with us 24 hours before your arrival if you want to cancel your reservation without a penalty. The terms of cancellation may also depend on the day of arrival and the room type. If your reservation is cancelled late (within 24 hours), we’ll charge your account with the price of the first night. Please check the details of the cancellation rules and the terms of deposit payment when making your reservation.

If you make a reservation on the internet, we ask for credit card guarantee in each case. Make sure that you provide a valid card number and expiry date. Please note that we can get prior authorization for all of the ordered services on your card.

100% of the ordered services are preauthorized on your card 7 days before your arrival. It is important to note that this is not payment, only reservation made on the card that you have given. If you pay with this card on the spot, we’ll use this separated amount. If you wish to use another card, our claim for the amount will be deleted from your original card. If you make a no-show reservation or cancel your reservation in 24 hours, the cancellation fee will be charged from this separated amount.

In this case 100% prepayment is needed and later you cannot cancel or modify your reservation without penalty payment. Your card will be charged within 24 hours after the room reservation.

If you reserve your room but do not occupy it, we’ll charge the price of the first night as penalty to the card you have given.

In each hotel you have to pay tourism tax at a rate assessed by the relevant authority. This is 4% of the net room price in our hotel. The tourism tax is always an extra cost that you can pay on the spot.

You can use the reserved room and the selected services from 2 p.m.

You can also have your room earlier, if possible, depending on the occupancy rate. If you should have to wait for your room, we’ll place your bags in the free of charge luggage room, so you can start discovering the city or you can have a nice coffee at Wistro33.

After your reservation, we’ll send you our Welcome letter with a link. If you click on the link, you can already give your personal data at home and you only need to get your key when you arrive.

You have to leave your room and deliver your key card at the reception until 11 a.m.

If you would like to stay in your room after 11 a.m., please check with our reception. You can stay longer depending on our occupancy rate.

It may happen that your airplane departs early in the morning and you would like to spend every minute with resting. In this case you can indicate this in advance when you check in, or upon express check-in, in the virtual check-in form. Our reception clerk will prepare your invoice at night and slip it in under your door. Feel free to consume from the mini bar if you are hungry or thirsty, and if you agree, we’ll charge these services to your card later.

Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Smoking is PROHIBITED everywhere in the hotel!
